  • FS: 130Amp Battery Isolator

I used this on my 97 Silverado to put a second battery under the hood. Handles up to 130 Amps.

With instructions, and GM vehicles require an extra part that I no longer have.

    $45 shipped

You know that oval shaped connector on your alternator (assuming the van in your avatar is what you drive)? The missing part replaces that connector and adds a wire to the default GM setup. It's an "activation" wire or something.

come to think of it, I think I saw that part when I moved last time....hmm....

          I dunno?

But the big *** heat sink is metal, so I think that "negative ground" on the sticker is to prevent wierdness on positive ground vehicles.
