      Gaaaaaaaaah.
I wish I had the four bills to do it. I'd jump on it.

Let me do some pre-birthday conniving and see what I can do.....
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?

the 700IDT is not motorized. I've tried two other motorized indash monitors and was EXTREMELY disappointed. The motor as slow and then didn't work before the install. Remember this is brand new.

Will the screen slide out any further than shown in this image? I would like to install this unit so that the lower edge does not extend beyond my existing head unit (as shown in the diagram). Is this possible?

aphex, while i'm not 100% sure. Instant message CurryAnRoti, he made the monitor fit nicely into the dash.

thanks for the info guys. It's a good looking lcd and I really like the fact that it can be swiveled left and right, but my dash isn't going to have enough room to get it flush.

How does the warranty on these things work? I know it has a 18 month warranty but is that from original date of purchase, date of manufacture, or date of registration? Also does the warranty coverage roll over to a second owner? Does xenarc require proof of purchase from an authorized vendor to honor the warranty?

Sorry for all the questions but I just want to make sure if I get it from you the warranty will be honored.
