  • 2.0, 4 port USB hub question

    I got a 2.0, 4 port, USB hub and I hooked it up...plugged in my netgear 802.11b usb wireless drive...it doesnt want to pick it up...any suggestions?

            ...it's probably because there isn't enough power for the drive. Try plugging the drive in directly to your comp and see if it works. I assume the hub is unpowered.

              yups sounds like a power issue. If the hub has a power socket try getting some power into it.
