We released a new store today. http://store.mp3car.com

OK, I went looking for something in the new store layout this evening...
I like the new color scheme and overall layout of the new store, yes....
However, the merchandise layout sucks in my opinion. (Need to be 100% clear on that point!)

The power supplies section is a perfect example. You have this long list of power supplies w/ a full description of each. There's a full page of information about the M-series PSUs and then a short bulrb for the Opus & DSATX.
The older format with a product listing & thumbnails that could be selected for more information was a far more useful layout, in my opinion.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
              How about the Wiki?

Under normal circumstances, a signature would go here.

Second that. Maybe a new and classic layout button available?

Look pretty good IMO. I can appreciate the CSS bits and the over usability of the layout, however i agree that something needs to be done about the products. I would suggest sticking to BREIF descriptions and focus mostly price and key features (nobody wants to read paragraphs while browsing through electronic parts). Listing the products horizontally is also a bit more clear because the flow of the results i.e "most popular" ect.. are in order from top to bottom. Take a look a newegg for example.

Other than that... I can bet that you will sell much more with the new picture layout. People simply want to see what they are buying and the higher the res the better. Might it suggest that you guys use original product photos... it's very easy to do if you have a nice digital SLR, white blankets and some decent lighting. The photos of the touchscreens, for example, all differ by company so it's hard to compare quality when some companies add layers of photoshop-gloss while others don't.

Why not blue behind the logo like the forum? The yellow seems kinda bright to me.

Because there were no products listed in the store during the preview, for one.
For two, I've been dealing with a lot of crap recently that precluded me from looking at the layout in-depth.
