not that it helps you, but I am from and used to live in Mississippi, about an hour south of memphis.

I'm glad to see carputer interest picking up at home in MS.

      posted too soon...

I no longer live in MS so I can't meet. But I can certainly share ideas and opinions.

Starkville used to have the highest per-capita carputer installs in the world. 30,000 residents and 3 MP3CAR users!

I'm a little ways NW in Memphis. Still in the planning and fund acquiring stage though so no real interest in a meet yet. I'm hoping to get rolling on it around the middle of September.

Velequez, I left starkville about 2 months after my last reply to this thread. I'm in nashville now. You should look up a guy named Chris Holloman--he would know of any carPC's in the area. Tell him Crash sent you.

I'm from Columbus, i use to live in Starkville when I went to MSU (90-92) and when I worked as an Electrician Apprentice (96-97). I use to do other things and knew a few people around. Me and my wife were lab partners at MSU and now live in ATL. I'm in the works now of working at an car audio wholesale/retail shop as an PT installer. I'm looking to turn my 91 Accord into an show car that I can take to shows in GA, AL, and MS. I'm about to get my proposal and info ready to submit for sponsorships. I may get my first sponsorship at the shop I'm working at now, they have given me 2 7" headrest screens for installing their display board that they purchased from an Hi-Fi Buys that went out of business.Good to hear that MS is trying to make its way on the map.

I'm 15 miles from the Louisiana/Mississippi state line, I'm looking to meet some other people. I could drive into MS easy if someone wanted to meet.
