and keywords too. mp3car has "mp3" and "car". Both of which will yield high results. And with the success of the ipod, the word "mp3" is everywhere. SO that is why the "value" is so high.

The fact is mp3car.com is probably worth over 2 million dollars to mp3car.com itself. It is their entire business and without it they would lose virtually all revenue (outside of any money they may make on their advertising). An outside company would probably not value it that high unless it included the business itself. The site says Digimoto.com is valued at $50k and if someone made an offer of that amount for the domain we'd turn them down immediately, I am pretty confident mp3car would do the same, even for $2 million... I would if I were them.
So if they named it mp3IPODcar.com just think of how much money they could make!!
Yeah, thats like like putting a value on a home by pricing all its features without considering the context of its location.
Automerged Doublepost?!? NEAT!
This should now be an Automerged Quadruple post... can someone fix that please?
Altho the number they give now is "better" than they used to be. I remember when I came across that site a year or two ago, and it gave me astronomical values for my personal websites that get very little traffic. They list mp3vw.com as a little over 1500, when it used to be multiple thousands.
Since when is insanity a bad thing? www.mp3vw.com
