    And giving an answer would benefit which purpous now? It's not that heavy my car is gonna break into pieces.....

      I line everything with depleted uranium, so the whole setup weighs a good half-ton.

      Seriously...
      The weight of the PC is going to depend on all the components. If you go with small formfactor PC, you can easily get a system that eighs no more than a few pounds.
      Considering I've got a GPS receiver, Sirius connect box, full-size HDD, GPS receiver and such all in a case made from 1/2" MDF, My setup isn't light. I figure it's a goot ten pounds for the box that is my PC itself.

      And I gotta go with IC-C30 here. Why do you care? Are you installing on a bicycle or race car where weight is a major issue?

          Just weighed mine. It came in at 750 grams.
          Old Systems retired due to new car
          New system at design/prototype stage on BeagleBoard.

                        i was jw because im selling my suv soon to get an mr2 and want to put in a car pc and my car will be on a weight consious diet because it might see some track time
