  • Trying to locate uhf/vhf remote

Only read this if your bored... its long

I've done google and yahoo and has come up empty handed.

The device i need is a uhf/vhf remote control for my garage.

This is all the info i have on this item:

    RECOLARM

    FCC ID: EWA7BPCM -6011TX
    MODEL NO CM-6011(TX)
    9VDC (6 x 1,5 V CELLS)

The FCC ID showed me that the device is certified in 1985 (yes its old as hell, but i still need a replacement), by a tawianese company:

    Taiwan Cosmic Electronics Co Ltd
    No 152-27 Chung Ching Road
    Taichung
    Taiwan

and it runs at 49.83-49.89 mhz

It has a fairly simple design so i might end up rebuilding it on my own, and hide it a bit better in the car and use an in car button to make it look more neat.

Theres a 10 bit dipswitch on it, an 18 legged transistor "chip" (i think thats it name anyways) with these numbers ht-12e 8541. Theres a few resistors, two tree legged black thingys "a1048gr?5h" and "930d5c". and lastly a condensator (shinny thingy) 40.685 TATUNG 6L or is this the crystal ??

If anyone knows electronics, can they tell me if these items are readily available? or even better if theres a replacement unit available somewhere out-there
