I managed to get all of the boxes neatly stacked in the hall within two minutes of will and grace starting.

LOL, I would've thought when one tree hill started, it would've been breaker time.

driving 300 miles with this load was hell. 4500 lbs of books between the trailer and truck- just in time for the weekend traffic.

that is a neat stack... stylish

I cannot work on any of my current projects for the exact same reason: moving suck.

my carputer is in some box at my new appartment. My HTPC is in another there.
my main rig is with me here at the old appartment. I don't have ennough time to finish it all. It sucks big time.

The friction coeficient of cardboard on tarp isn't terribly high. I wanted it packed in there so a) the **** wouldn't be all over the place at the end of the ride and b) the **** wouldn't be all over the place while trying to correct for some driving error.

I was fortunate enough to pull a porta-car computer together for all this driving. it's been a great help.

I've got two of those kiosks in boxes in the livingroom waiting for HTPC... not much you can do about a project so dependant on time and place I did find two nice walls for them though.

                        good luck with the move!
