  • Help! A couple girls at school put shaving cream all over my hood!

Some girls put shaving cream all over the hood of my car, and after sitting in the heat while I was at football practice, the saving cream got backed to the hood. I tried to wash it off at the car wash, but there are white stains all over the hood. I've heard that this can damage the paint, but please tell me someone knows how to remove this! My car is a 93 volvo is kind of old so the paint is already pretty weak, any help would be appreciated.

    That sucks.
You could try polishing the hood. But first try some stain remover solution. (degreasers, good ones though...)

Damn, put shaving cream all over your manhood and they were holding razors?

      LOL sorry cant help it.

Wash it quickly, dry it then you can try T-cut, that should remove the stains. T-cut will remove some of your paint so be careful not to over use it.

        That sucks!

Ok, as far as I know, your paint is screwed. There is nothing you can do to reverse that damage. However, there is something you can do to prevent it from happening again.

Go to your local sporting goods store and purchase a wooden baseball bat. Next drive to those peoples houses and get them to come outside. A couple swings can assure you won't have to deal with this again.

Ok I am joking. On a serious note I think the only thing you can do is repaint. Sorry.

Ouch!!!!!! That will teach you not to sleep with someones sister Wow I have no clue what you could do for that other than getting it repainted. Try and bring it to a detailing shop and see what they have to saw. You can also try and get an orbital buufer and see how that works. Check this forum out as well

It can't be that bad, can it? What about bug/tar remover, then polish/swirl remover? That would take a thin layer of paint off plus the wax.

alternatively, you could load up your super-soaker with nair and do a drive-by on those hobags.
