  • Selling a Laptop on eBay

    Ok, so I have a toshiba laptop that I plan on selling on eBay. But, I don't know if I should sell it as a whole or if I should part it out (bottom half, lcd, memory).

    This is what I have:

    Pentium III 850 Mhz on a Toshiba Satellite 3005-S303 -dead mobo
    * 256Kb Level 2 cache
    * 100MHz FS
    * Nvidia Geforce2Go Graphics Card (w/ 16Mb onboard Memory)
    * Power adapter
    * No HDD, battery, or optical drive.

    2.) 14.1 TFT Active-Matrix Display (XGA) Supporting up to 16M colors at 1024x768
    * No marks or bad pixels at all

    3.) 256MB SDRAM Crucial (133Mhz bus)

    Everything is together right now, I'm just wondering if I would get more money selling it as one unit, or if I should part it out?

    Any advice?

    pat it out... you'll prolly get more for the monitor and the memory alone than the whole unit...

      Part it out if you want a bit more $$$, if you're lazy and just wanna get rid of it for some cash then sell it as a whole.

        when i was selling my xbox, i could only get about 100 shipped for the entire thing.... parting it out..... an easy 170 in my pocket after shipping and ebay costs...
