I bought a ground loop isolator from Hyper Lighting <[email protected]> ebay ID jerry903 a few weeks ago. They sent me a line output converter instead of the ground loop isolator. So I emailed him and he said to send it back before he sends the replacement. I asked if they'd pay the shipping or just send the correct item and a return envelope so I wouldn't have to mess with going to the post office. He said couldn't do that but would pay the return shipping and to send it with a tracking number. Well I sent it back but sent it UPS instead of USPS as it was the only option the postal service I went to said they could do with a tracking number and it was less than $2 more than USPS and included the packaging. Well this "expletive" then sent the correct item back to the wrong address and wouldn't respond to emails asking where they sent it to as it showed delivered to a different zip code. I figured out it was the postal service I had used to ship the wrong item back to them. Now they won't refund the shipping saying the $9.10 UPS cost was too much and that it should of only of cost $2...WTF a damn return envelope cost that much. I said if it only cost $2 then why did they charge me $7 to ship it to begin with. Anyway I figure I'm out the damn return shipping but am going to do my best to warn others that this guy is a POS. I figured he had a pretty good rating but now see that their customer service sucks. Not much I can do about it now other than complain on every forum I can think of.
