The subs are great, I used to have the 1999 model and had problems with them but Audiobahn replaced them with the 2001 model and have not had a single problem 2+ years of everyday use and still sounding as the day I got them.

How do you like the EQ? I've been looking to get one. Although I will be Head Unitless soon. Did it improve the sound quality? Take away any buzz if you had any to begin with? Anyway, Good looking setup. I've been wanting to relocate the air controls as well. Too much work for now though. Keep us updated on any changes.

                        Another Update

Well I have been using my laptop as my carpc for the last couple of weeks and whille talking to a friend of mine he says to me "u know i think I have a docking station for one of those " and this is how my carpc has evolved from that point on. I'm still working on a plate on the arm rest of the extended Power Button and the Power On LED so that will be a future update . Hope u like what I've done and let me know what u think.

                        First things first: THE MOUSE
Its small, its optical, its RF

Next is the Docking station in the Trunk:

                        With the PC in it:

                        Snugly secured for travel:

A VERY BAD shot of the GPS screen:

Great setup! The custom boxes an lights an mirrors make the trunk look awesone!

How did you extend the a/c controlls?
I have that same head unit...what does the eq do that the head unit can't?

Q:How did you extend the a/c controlls?
A: Basicly since it's a electronic A/C Controll it controlls a bunch of rellays and servo's so it only has 8 Wires in the back of it Snip-Snip and make the wires longer and put the controll where ever u want it

Q: I have that same head unit...what does the eq do that the head unit can't?
A:Basicaly the Eq takes the 4v out put of the radio and "boosts" it anywhere from 7v to 13v this = cleaner signal thru the RCA (or something to that effect )
