  • Carputer finally finished

    Finally got everything set up the way I hoped to.
    Pentium 133 Hard drive Zip Drive USB and a 10" CRT display run on a small 200 watt inverter. Works great so far.

    Sweet! A couple dabs of fiberglass and Bondo and you could totally mod that monitor into your dashboard and make it look OEM.

        Wow, that's pretty interesting! Why did you use a CRT? And are you only able to use the PC when not driving?

          hardly noticed it there, tucked away in the.... car.

                          obviously he uses it for work or something and it sure as hell didnt take a lot of money, based on the "Our Rugged Portable Field Research Computer System".
