  • [Long] 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 1st Attempt

Thanks to everyone here, I learned a lot! It isn't perfect, but it works pretty damn well. GPS Mouse not shown. It is hidden under the dash.

    Computer Celeron D 2.8 - 512 DDR
Pie Connector This is a must!
XM Commander I got this for $49.00 (promo)
Screen Got this for $71.00 off ebay got a new case from Xenarc and it is sweet!
    Inverter
Keyboard and Mouse Great combo. Get the AAA battery pack for the mouse!
Sound Card – Audigy 2 NX Sounds better than onboard, and it comes with a sweet remote.
    Sub MTX Thunderform Dual 10's
    Amp MTX 502
Dual Battery Setup – Odyssey Drycell PC1200 I ran my computer for 3 hours the other day with the stereo going. Computer etc survived crank no problem. These batteries kick ***!
Hybrid Mobile Direct Link XM Cable
Frodo Player Front End Software THANKS FRODO!

This was a lot of stuff to hide.

This is a "before" shot. Much better now.

I shaped some plast to fit inside the void between the seat heater switches, then I wrapped the fan base around the plastic and secured it with screws. I plan on making a black cover for where they connect. I also plan to route wires through here as well.

XM Commander on pasenger side front.

Looks good. Now all you got left is to mold that biatch into the dash, and call it a day.

                  $399.00

The sub and amp combo is plenty for me. I probably only use 40% of what it is capable of. I think it sounds very good!

There is a space in the floor for an OEM CD changer under the center-front sear. Amp under driver, inverter under passenger.

                      looks good BAB!

I also have a RAM QC. Presently, I have my monitor installed on the right side of the bezel using a surround-speaker wall-mount ball-n-socket mount attached to the back of the monitor, but plan on doing indash sometime soon.

btw... what size/type lift is on your dodge? And do you like it?

                            Looks Awesome! I love it.

I've been checking some prices to lift mine, but so far both quotes I recieved here in SanDiego NorthCounty seem kinda high, both close to the $4k range.

Did you lift your's yourself? Or have it installed? Does the $4K quote sound right? Sorry for all the questions, but your the first RAM owner I have met with a lift and setup like I am looking for.

So how good does the pie connector work? Any noise at all? I never thought of this option. I am using a fm modulator and I hate it.
