Great job!!! Im trying to do the same on my 00. never thought of placing it on the rear door, I always thought placing it on the passanger cubby, where the cd-changer is, but heat would be an issuse, specially in south texas.

thats accually a really good place if you are willing to pull out the cd-changer... also you would save alot of cash cause you wouldnt have to buy as much extension cable....but the rear door is so much easier...i did have to cut it up a bit for the cables and some air vents...

                  Hey guys!
I just bought a 00LR Disco and am interested in something like this. What programs are you running, and where can I get them?? You did a great job CSDINC, but I'm sure you could clean it up a little more. Like I said, nice job, and any info you guys can donate is appreciated. Peace

you can do a far better and cleaner install than that. the wires are all out and the screen could be put in the dash. be crea tive and get back to us
