  • 1992 Honda CRX v1 install

    Here it is my first install.



    (Ghetto trunk install)
    Hardware used:
    - Asus Pundit, 2ghz Celeron
    - 120gb Maxtor
    - Leadtek SIRFII gps mouse
    - BTC 9019URF keyboard
    - 7" lilliput screen
    - 600watt inverter

    I would ditch the inverter, but other then that, I hope my install is half that clean. Thumbs up

      Naw, sometimes inverters are just the way to go. Doesn't matter much anyway.

      Can't wait to see it un-ghetto'd. Looks good so far, but what are you planning on doing with inverter and pc?

        Pics like this make me miss my good ol' CRX..
        Very nice install man - You just need to clean that up a lil' and you're good to go! Have any pics of the exterior? =) Nice Stuff!!

          Sigh, i still have my crx, but it was broken into and torn apart.

          90 si, with a sleeved b20, rods, pistons, turboed, blah blah blah
          Take my advice: Do not try to build a system that includes EVERY feature. Start with the basics, build it to a bug free state, and THEN add on.

            Must be the bad luck with them.. mine was stolen a few years ago stripped to the bare metal and dumped somewhere..

            Still want one though... maybe as a winter beater...

              No idea what to do with the pc and the inverter, the trunk space is a bit limited.
              For the moment i am happy it works.
              I also love the car. About the exterior its just a stock crx with a new paintjob.
