The computer is under the passenger seat. I ran the wires under the center console.

Hey Trevor, that's a cool install. I included your car on my F-body thread. Is that cool?
              http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=63949

I was wondering about your passenger seat, my TA has the air pump for the lumbar and side bolsters. I thought the Camaros had the lumbar bladder as well so I thought they would have a pump under there. Do they NOT have pumps?

Any pics of the mobo mounted down there?

Hey Jason, I dont mind about the Fbody thread its actually very good since there arent many LS1 Camaro installs anyway. Im honored, lol.

About the seat, my passenger car seat didnt come with a lumbar, the only thing the passenger seat does is slide forward and back. I believe only TAs came with controls for both sides. My driver seat has all the crap under it from the electric controls. I used a case like this one.
                (Morex 3688 Mini-ITX Case)

It slid right under with no problems. Im not sure how Im going to secure it to the floor yet, Ill probably make some brackets or something.

Ill try to get some pics today.

OK, that makes sense. The TA's have an electric driver seat so the bottom is filled up. The passenger seat is manual adjust front to back just like the Camaro , but GM used up that empty space for the air pump which has lines going to both seats.

Do you have an aftermarket sound system in there or mainly stock (Monsoon?)? Are you using the mobo "line out" as the only source of music? How is it tied in to the sound system?

Right now Im just using the stock monsoon system. I managed to put the headunit all the way behind the dash. Im using one of those GM9-AUX units to line the audio from my mobo then into the monsoon through my speakers. Everything relating my audio system is sompletely stock (cept the door speakers that were replaced), I dont have the cash right now for a new stereo system and Im not really enough of an audiophile to think that monsoons system sucks as bad as many other people think. One good thing about keeping the monsoon system is some of my steering wheel buttons still work, like mute and volume. Overall Im very happy with the way it came out.
