Hey! I have been a longtime lurker, but i have decided to post some stuff now, seeing as i have found a lot of helpful information from this site. Thank you all! I am currently working on my daily driver, nothing over the top, just attempting a clean install to compliment my SQ system. Work is definitely in progress and underway. I appreciate all your feedback, and will be posting more often now that I would like to inteact with the forum that has given me the motivation to continue this project. I will post pics of my project as soon as i get them off my camera.

    Updated work in progress

Some pics from the other night. For the time being, I am installing an IBM X40 ultraportable on a dock behind the rear pass seat. I am in the works on deciding a new piece, but until then, at least it's operational. Soon to come custom trunk enclosure and kicks.

Heres some additional stuff I worked on today, turned out decent I think. Fiberglass sub enclosure with stand offs, and an amp board...

Hey awesome to see another malibu driver in the forums, i think we are the only 2 unless you go back 3 years. I am starting my project this summer, can't wait to see your ideas on how to install. Curious, how did put Cig lighter plugs on the passenger side of the car? Drop me a message sometime on AOL i'd love to bounce some audio ideas off of you about the malibu,

Sure, I actually put in extra plugs behind the center console for those pesky devices that need the transformer in the plug (i.e. run less than 12v+), the rest I t-tapped in to an ignition line behind the deck and upped the fuses accordingly. I'm always on yahoo! or AIM (s/n "bandicann" on both) Look forward to hearing from ya
