    Hey all!

    I was wondering if anyone had experience with exchanges? I sent my monitor back that didn't work out of the box and it arrived there a week ago. I sent an e-mail to the store and they just said "please allow 2 days to process" (which has passed). I sent another e-mail and got no response.

    If you've exchanged something how long has it taken you to get it back?

      I called the first time / left a voicemail and they responded via e-mail so I thought that was the best avenue for communication. I can try calling again in a little while if e-mail isn't the best way. Gracias!

        Update: I called again and someone picked up this time. No one has looked at my return yet, but they would rush to get someone to exchange it for me and then send a follow-up e-mail. Hopefully I'll have the monitor by next Friday since I'll be driving to Los Angeles from San Francisco and will want to use the GPS/Navigation.

          Good news is I grabbed my PC monitor and an inverter to test out the system. Everything is up and running smoothly.

          Bad News / Update: Still haven't received an e-mail. No apparent "rush" has taken place. Mp3car has had my sent back monitor since 8/23/2007 (Last Scan: 8/23/2007 12:45:00 PM DELIVERED REISTERSTOWN, MD US)

          Requesting next day air exchange by COB tomorrow.

          Let's see if they make this right... :-/

            Another update

            I called again this morning and talked to Naqueal at mp3car. He informed me that he was going to next day air the monitor but the one he had was suffering from 3 dead pixels. I appreciate that they tested it for me.

            The rest ended up being back-ordered so he called me back later on and promptly gave my refund. I thought costumer service here was on point and Naqueal was very helpful.
