discharged cap, now it wont charge.

  • discharged cap, now it wont charge.

    i hook it all up, and ground the cap. and then place the resistor buld between the positive terminal of cap and the power wire.

    now the bulb lights up. and doesnt turn off, and the LED to indicate that it is charged does not light up as it is supposed to..

    so im assuming it is not accepting the charge

    what to do

    i have had it up and running before hand. btw

    if it helps., its a visonik 2 farad (rectangle one) aggravated its, new cost around 200+ no warranty
