so i tried that vst eq- and the pops and audio studdering got worse-- i took out eq, and so far, seems to have fixed the entire issue! it is starting to look like i was excessivly over-eqing(new word?), and it was causing all of my audio problems-- my cpu stayed around 50-60% while playing any files with the eq, and has now gone down to 30-40% usage with no eq...

so apparently trying to drop all frequencies 9db from 2khz-20khz was a bad idea(the only thing i was using the eq for)....

I researching cca. 1 week why I get crackling and popping with my sound card...
                Im find next things:
1.) VAC is not problem. Why? Because if I use Audio Repeater(Included in VAC) and for input select VAC Line1 and output Claro Speakers then set 96kHz and 24Bit buffer and other stuff I leave as it is then All work as must without popping or crackling. CPU usage cca. 5%
                2.)Native ASIO drivers:
-Winamp(Latest) + ASIO plugin -> A lot off crackling and popping no mather which Latency I use(2, 10, 40, 80, 150, 300). If I right remember at 300 I do not get anything to speaker and winamp crash a lot of times... No mather if I use drivers from manufacturer site or latest one.
-WMP + ASIO Plugin -> Drivers from manufacturer page a lot off popping, latency do not fix it... Latest drivers look like work ok at 10ms and 20ms setting(I must retest again)
3.)ASIO4ALL+VAC - Get crackling and popping Im not fully test alll options jet...

try this one (link removed by moderator)

it has all of this feature in this pack :

                    GEQ15V, GEQ31V - constant Q graphic equalizers
12 dB of boost or cut at any of, respectively, 15 or 31 bands centered around International Standards Organization (ISO) 2/3 or 1/3 octave frequencies from 20Hz to 20KHz. The warmth of classic analog devices with the clarity and the accuracy of the digital domain processing.
                    PEQ1V - parametric equalizer
An intuitive interface that drives a powerful constant Q, minimum phase equalization algorithm. The tool of choice to control the equalizations of vocal parts, instruments or complex mixes.

with those..it is the clearer sound i heard in my car And is has very minamal crackling...

                      Both give me same result!!!
I THINK that Im find fix for my sistem:
1.) In BIOS Im disable C1E
2.) Im decrease for 2 points hardware acceleration

Now I think work ok. I get after few hibernates crackling back so I must stop and start audio in Console...
As EQ I use Electri-Q(Linear Mode and Bugpass filters) for me is very simple VST plugin easy to set up but cant be used for 2 channels(You must use for each channel own plugin)...

After normal boot no but after few hibernates yes. Looks like that I must erite plugin for CF which will stop sound before hibernate and enable it after resume
