  • Can this get rid of the buzzing?

    i found this online, it looks like it might be a cheap way to cut down the buzz when using an inverter. has anyone had any experience with it?
    System: AMD Duron 1200+ , 512 MB ram , usb sb mp3+ , Tview 7" touchscreen , M1-ATX PSU , Slot Load iMac DVD-Rom , 40 GB laptop HDD, netgear USB 802.11g

    Progress: Installation: 90% Dash fabrication: 80%

    Parts Needed: USB GPS

    looks like ground loop isolator or supressor

      put a single outlet noise suppressor on the inverter. That should remove a lot of the noise.

        The true answer is proper grounding. Make certain that all the audio components have the sma ground potential.

          Even with proper grounding an inverter can and will cause noise on the line.
