          Wrong.
It's a German brand that is marketed in the US.

Blaupunkt used to be standard equipment in Porsches. Might still be. I don't know.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?

A lot of German cars come/have come standard with Blaupunkt HU's.
                i.e Audi and VW.
Why is it drug addicts and computer afficionados are both called users?

                Currently : Audi A6 - no install

Second install : VW Passat '97 CarPC
                First install : '87 Audi 80 CarPC

OH man, blaupunkt is great. I have a blaupunkt head unit, and speakers for my mids, highs, and midbass. They have great sound, and didnt cost a ton. Their headunits have a lot of features for a decent price too. Im a big blaupunkt fan.

Yeah, I was looking at one of their headunits that was pretty cool. It has a built in microphone so that it can auto set all the speaker levels, along with adjusting the equalizer depending on the speed you are doing (because the speed can make certain frequencies harder to hear or something). It was only 4 or 4.5v out though, so I am still a fan of the Eclipse deck with the 8v outs

Oh, and that video is awsome
