Here is how you integrate the new mach 1000 systems without bypassing the amplifiers. You need a 70-5700 and a psi2 converter. The tweeters in this system are not amplified and can be hooked up directly to the aftermarket radio. The tweeter wires are in the standard 98+ harness included in the 70-5700, hook these up directly to the aftermarket radio. The woofers in this car are run off two seperate amps, one for the front and one for the rear. The smaller plug in the 70-5700 is the signal wires for the woofers. The pins in the smaller plug dont match up to the plug in the car. Here is the correct way to wire the smaller plug:

    Front woofers:
    + white
    - white/black
    Rear woofers:
    + Blue/white (below white)
    - Black/white (below white/black)
    Amp turn-ons
    Blue/white & Gray/black
    Amp grounds
    Black/white & Gray

With the 70-5700 (smaller harness) facing you, white wires on top, hook up accordingly:

    T/O GND FRT- FRT+

    T/O GND REAR- REAR+

    T/O=amp turn on

Run these wires through a converter and tap into the main harness just like if it were a newer explorer with a factory sub.
I also hooked the woofers up to the + from the right and - from the left from both front and back since it was only a mono signal. The converter needs to be only turned on slightly so adjust accordingly.
