  • Have a question about Sirius and PC

I have a carpc in the trunk and a 7inch touch screen up front. I like the fact that my system looks simple and clean so naturally I dont want to clutter the cock pit with a Sirius reciever of any sort. I dont have a head unit bc I have a PC.

Soo I was wondering if there was anyway that you guys know of to hook Sirius to my carPC and control it via my touch screen, aka see all the channels and categories for music and what not.

Its not the cards you're dealt, its how you play the hand!

I'm interested in this one too... What key words would help me find the results faster? Anyone who has actually seen the threads know?

Linux I found out how to do this the hardway. I read and read and read on the forums until I found something that resembled what I was looking for. And I found an answer, granted you have to have a specific Sirius reciever to do it, but it does work. GO here http://www.rush2112.net/portal/ and surf the forums on Sirius they have a sticky that has a product they sell for 30 bucks I believe that connects it to your comp. GL

If you just go to http://www.rush2112.net it is a bit more obvious. The first product on the page costs 59 dollars plus shipping. This, in combination with a SIR-ALP1 tuner, will give you Sirius on your computer.
