  • Sub connection advice?

    Here's what I have:

    Infinity Reference 5761a 6-channel amplifier
JBL GTO Series 1002D Dual Coil Subwoofer

What's the best way to go?

    1. Use the amp bridged into a 4-ohm load and
    a. Connect the sub in parallel, or
    b. Connect the sub in series

    or

    2. Use the amp in 2-ohm stereo and connect each coil as a seperate subwoofer

    Thanks!

that sub comes prewired as 4 ohm, so just leave it in series and connect it at a 4 ohm load

    should be good to go!
