Anyone have a free one they would suggest? I think I have just about everything set but that.

    http://www.kvraudio.com/get.php?mode...ts&st=adv&soft[]=e&type[]=12&f[]=vst&win=1&free=1&sf=0&receptor=&de=0&sort=2&rpp=1 00

the one that works best in my test is one that is simply called "variable delay" though the author never put any details in the properties, so i can't locate it again..

      I use Gdelay http://www.kvraudio.com/get/2186.html

Worked well for me so far although I wish it would allow for more precise adjustments (.01 ms increments rather than just .1 ms)

Thanks. I figured if anyone had one to suggest it was a better start than randomly picking from the huge list. Will try that one out.

i have attached the variable delay plugin here. just change the ending from .txt. to .dll

mods: i cannot locate any info on the creator of this plugin, and it was a free download, so i don't believe this violates any rules, but if it does, feel free to remove attachment..

Awesome. Between the 2 I should be set. Just need my midbass speakers to ship now! Thanks all.

from what i could tell, the granularity is only 1ms for that vst. that equates to roughly 1ft. i didn't see a way to enter a number lower than 1ms.

i have found that voxengo's free sound delay has much finer control and also has level adjustments, killing two issues with one vst.

Another option is SDelay, built into audiomulch. I haven't used it, but looks like you can enter exact numbers less than 1ms.
