I refused to take the package.... and I was not allowed to take the phone number from the bill
That's odd. How can you possibly know that you only received one product instead of two when you didn't even accept the package and open it?
Also, instead of posting on every forum known to man (I count 4 posts/pm's already), I would appreciate it if you simply emailed us directly (at [email protected]) to ask us about this order. I'll help follow up when we receive your email.
