  • Making factory dash bezel...

I am trying to add a 15.4" touchscreen to my 2000 Silverado and have gotten this far following turbocad's stick thread. My question is, do I need to put another layer of the Dynatron stuff or do I start with the second part? Do I need to sand down what I currently have? Here is the photo album:

sand it down to the approximate shape you want, and if there are low spots, make a mental note of them, and after sanding most of the part, apply the filler again... and repeat until the shape is very close to what you need..

Do I fill in with the Dynatron stuff or the other 3m stuff? Also, what sandpaper do I use? 30-grit and then 100-grit?

once you have the rough shape, and need to smooth everything.
