              thanks for the comments,
eazyrog erm how to, well i got a spare panel from breakers, cut the air vents out removed the button panel opened out hole where radio was put buttons in there. Then i opened up my lilliput put the front of it in the opening, held it where i wanted it with masking tape. then i measured the gaps on each side cut some perspex as tight fit as i could for each side super glued then in place, to the screen also.then removed the masking tape and used body filler to fill the rest of the gaps, slowly building it up to the shape that you want. then paint with bumper texture paint. Main points keep the layers of filler thin, and sand look where you need more then sand it, every now and then spray a guide coat of primmer and top coat to see how it looks, just keep going till your happy with it. Sorry for the long post

spec's are mini itx with p4 2.8g proc ,ddr400 512m ram, 250 gig hard drive, dvd rw, wireless lan, gps, 150w opus, 7" touchscreen, running on board graphics, and 6 ch audio total output 1200 watts , and media car. only real problem to date is cause of the 5.1 audio set up so when playing music sound only comes through front speakers, still trying to work this out if anyone has any suggestions
