  • Carving bulletproof plexi

I got my plexi order yesterday, 6 square feet of .375" What I didn't realize is just how thick and hard the thing is Any hints on how to go about cutting it?

Rotozip, bandsaw, jig saw. Straight cuts, table saw or radial arm saw.

Plexiglass is acrylic and it cracks easily. Polycarbonate is what you want to use.

You can cut it with a bandsaw, table saw, etc. Just use a blade for plastic.
