  • another fiberglass question

alright... im gonna fab up a structure and one side is to be flat and straight... so my question is if i were to use mdf for the flat part (as ive read is best) whats the best way to attach the glass to the mdf?

the resin used during fiberglassing should hold a good bond to the mdf as long as you clean it well, if you use a low grit count sand paper and mar it up abit before the bonding it should hold even better.

and im hoping its possible to make it airtight with the same methods? (eventually i also plan on building a nice subwoofer enclosure... and obviously that has to be much stronger than my car computer enclosure im working on)
