  • Yet another Dracos install....

    I didnt take too many pics to be honest, i just got stuck in.

    First job was to relocate the aircon unit, i had to cut the existing mounts and move them to their new place.

    this is how it finished:


    and the mount:


    job done.

    Next was onto the screen flushing.
    Epoxy and glass from behind to hold it in place, then first layer of glass on the front:




    then a second layer to build up the sides:


    Sanding down after 1 and ONLY layer of p38 filler to remove blemishes.


    Plastic primer and high build primer applied, 1st layer.

    update for the work done today.

    rebuilt the corners at the bottom, gave it all another smoothing and layered down loads of primer.



    and



    just witing for a final confirm on the finished colour.
