What wires? It should be pretty straight forwards...

Are you talking about the front panel header? Because almost all via boards are the same that way.

Follow this link. As an experienced person dealing with the Via boards, they have all been the same in dealing with the f panel, sound input/output, etc. Follow the following link for a manual for the m10000 MB. http://www.via.com.tw/download/mainb...IA-M_v1.40.pdf

Well a CarPC is the exact same as a regular PC. You have built a PC before right?

What? if this is your firts attempt to build a CarPC (or PC in general for that matter) you going to need more than a manual to accomplish a working one.

DUDE !!! I dont think this kinda stuff should be attempted if you have never built at least one home pc... Also you should have at least enough knowledge to install a HU into a vehicle an amp and some speakers, if you dont i wouldnt even try untill i read up on it and had someone there who did know what they are doing...

A CarPC is more trouble than a desktop. I suggest get it all working on the bench first because it may not be as easy as you think. Things like figuring out the front header panels are easy in comparison to what awaits you.

I wish you luck, but I think you might need to get some more PC experience under your belt before it actually goes into the car. It is easier to diagnose fix problems inside then in your car.

Do yourself a favor. Build a PC for your desktop first or buy a pre-built & pre-configured PC.

                          Are you serious?!

Seriously, please read some online tutorials on building a PC (In general, not specific to CarPC). Then you will figure out what goes where very easily.

Do you know which is the IDE cable, which molex connector is the "floppy" connector, which is the SATA cable? Do you know what IDE is? Or SATA is?

If you answered no, or had to google any of those, then you are not yet ready to put a PC in your car. You need to build this system you have as a desktop first and debug it. Then move to your car.

Don't take this the wrong way, but this is very basic stuff.

If you cannot build a computer by yourself yet, you are not yet ready for a CarPC. You don't want to rely on others every time it has a hiccup. You must become self reliant.

Do yourself a favour, and read. Learn what everything is, how it works, and how to put it together. Learn the basics. Then you will be ready to venture in building them. Build it on your desk and get everything working with a normal PSU. Get comfy with that, and move to your car.

You might think that you can just learn as you do it with the CarPC, and you might be able to, but it is going to take 10 times longer, and cause you 1000 times for frustration that if you follow the steps that I and others have tried to get you to understand. There is more involved with a carpc than a regular pc, and if you are clueless about a regular one, you can kiss your car goodbye because it will soon be destroyed dued to your lack of an ability to listen.
