    Would anything like This

    Be any use for a Car PC? Or is it too low powered? was thinking somehting like a Epia/Cubid based machine?
    4x4 in a turbo stylee.

    Sure it would work, but it's just an inverter. It's taking the car's 12V and converting it to AC. The computer power supply would then have to convert the AC back to DC to run the PC. Not very efficient, and the DC -> AC introduces noise.

      bugger, I noticed Switched mode PSU, and thought thats what it was. Although they do have some others on that site upto 65w
      4x4 in a turbo stylee.
