    Hi,

    I have a shuttle PC ... AMD 2600

Heres the problem... one day I stopped getting signal to the monitor (it gets power from the opus power was fine no video signal) ... but the light on the MB was on and it seemed to be booting up.

After I took it in the house to run it on a Non OPUS PS... same thing.

I took the battery out of the MB to reset the BIOS, after that it started up just fine ran for a few minutes ... I took it back to the car connected the OPUS it ran fine for about 15 minutes..

The next time I tried starting it, about 20 sec's into booting it did the same thing... the monitor would blue screen like it was not getting a video signal...

I took the battery out and put it back in. it worked for about a minute till windows booted then did the same thing....

Any ideas ??? My systems was working fine untill this problem started.

    Thanks

refresh/resolution problem or it could be that you have the output set to tv out instead of crt/lcd out.

Get a new CMOS battery. I have that similar problem in my matrix setup. Try different combination and still does. Once time I look around the BIOS and notice the date isn't correct, I new it was the BIOS battery. Replace with another one form a "throw away" board, the system is fine since.
