  • HQCT-i Assistance Needed...

    Evening all,

I've just finally got around to installing my HQCT-i. It was detected by windows and is listed as a HID device. If I run up RRHQCT, it detects the radio, and retunes etc...

Unfortunately it won't tune into anything.

I just get noise on the audio input, and scan doesn't find any stations.

If I unplug the ariel, and plug it into a head unit it works fine.

Do you think I have a poorly HQCT?

    Regards,

    Scott

I no longer get any noise on the CD header on the motherboard, even with all the levels maxed out. Most odd

Guess I have a dead HQCT; the reason the audio suddenly stopped is it has disappeared from device manager. I've brought it back into my PC; no joy there either - no longer being detected. Checked out USB cable with a multimeter and thats fine
