Someone didn't think their installation through and started buying things...

I suggest 10awg AT LEAST running to the battery. An amplifier wiring kit should do the job nicely, although most have 8awg, not 10. It's thicker, but will work as well, if not better.
Don't forget a fuse at the battery and a ground to a clean bolt on the chassis (or back to the negative terminal on the battery).

The best way is the HQCT. It's pricey, but worth it from everything I've heard about it.
Trust me, though. Once you have the PC installed & functioning, you'll have so much music at your fingertips, you won't really care about radio.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

I never tried the HCQT but I can vouch for the visteon hd solution. I would recommend it mostly for people in metro areas though, given HD's 20db down spec..
