  • W3BMA5T3R's LAPTOP AUTO POWER ON MODULE

Can the usb connection on this be hooked to a usb hub? My laptop only has one usb port. My lilly uses that one.
I told my psychiatrist that everyone hates me. He said I was being ridiculous - everyone hasn't met me yet .

I have a circuit that is built from the same schematic and it is plugged into
    a hub... so... yes...

Might depend on the hub tho... not all hubs are created equal...

Mine is a powered hub. Don't know if that makes a difference or not. I wish I knew what the purpose of the usb connection was.

The usb connection gives the circuit a 5v supply. This acts as a keepalive.
The circuit knows the laptop has power when it recieves 5v from the usb.
Allows the circuit to know not to flick the power switch twice when the
        car cranks.

Ok. So it shouldn't matter if it is a powered hub. Thanks.
