  • Help requred. Xenarc 700TSV Onboard Power Regulator Chip

    Hey all,

Apologies if this is the wrong section of the forum. I bought a 2008 Xenarc 700TSV for my carputer project. Upon connecting the power lead to a 12v connection I made a boo boo and connected it up the wrong way round. It now appears to have burned out one of the chips, which I imagine is the power regulator chip. But since the chip is burned out I can't read the number off it and can't seem to find any info on the net about it. I'm hoping either someone could point me in the direction of the electric diagram of some sort to the board or alternatively help me find out which number that chip is?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wouldn't the manufacturer's warranty cover this?

Afraid not, in order for me to attach the monitor to my custom bezel I had to take the casing off, which meant the warranty sticker had to be broken.

I'm hoping someone maybe doing a similar project and has one open can have a look for me.
