Anyone seen this, it just popped up with a few google searches?
Site is definitely on the shady side, but the specs for the price are pretty outstanding.

Hard to part with $900 to see if it's worth it though. I already posted in the product suggestion forum, but figured I would ask to see if anyone has already tried it out or anything similar. I am sure it will be a while before mp3car can get their hands on one and offer a formal review and/or carry it.

I've dealt with the company that makes these.....they were intentionally mislabeled by one seller and it seems to have propagated. Its actually the z510 processor which is quite a bit slower. Also, radio reception has been reported to be awful.

Other then that....it works as advertised. Don't expect much in the quality or durability departments though.

Cool. I think I've listened to the radio a grand total of about five minutes in the past year, so that doesn't bother me too much. I'll have to look up some benchmarks, but I am not planning on any gaming on it, just anything a phone can do these days.

I am more concerned about the responsiveness and quality of the touchscreen. How does it compare to current name brand 7" displays. I played around with a bunch of double-din's this week and the experience varied greatly. The AVIC-Z110BT destroyed the rest of the systems. Oddly the worst was a Pioneer DEH-P4200DVD, which you would think would share some hardware and software. The 240 line displays also look like garbage.

I would just go this route as the local Fry's has the AVIC for $699 after $200 MIR, however, the USB input has an arbitrary 300 folder limit. They all seem to have some limit. I started looking into this because my Kenwood X891 was stolen, and I replaced it with a X663, and I suddenly lost half my music since I had about 500 folders and the 693 has a 255 folder limit vs the 891's 512 limit.

Really I just want Pandora in my car, but it'll be a while before mobile internet connections are in my "affordable" range.
