  • Mp3Car USB adapter for XM Direct

I noticed these have gone on sale in the store.

My question is are they reliable, easy to use with CF 3.1, and worth the money?

    Thanks

yes yes and maybe. The last question really depends on if you already have XM service. If you do have XM then yes its well worth the money to integrate into your pc. If you do not already have XM then no its not worth it, unless of course you like music from the 40s, 50s, and 60s. Everything else on XM pretty much already exists on your FM/AM FREE radio.

Okay Ill have to see about getting it. I have XM because when Im driving to school, or anywhere in the state/country from school, there are no FM stations. Lubbock is pretty much in the middle of nowhere in Texas.

i second this. i had xm for a while(pre-merger), and also sirius(post-merger), in the 4 combined years that i had them, i found 1 band that they played that wasn't played on normal radio.. otherwise, the only other advantage is that you don't need to re-tune your radio every 200 mi, if you drive a alot...

don't forget, the other option, if you have a data plan would be to teather your phone, and carpc, and stream pandora, or internet radio..
