  • Looking for SSDs... Please help

    Folks,

I decide move from Seagate EE25.2 which performs very slow in my configuration to some higher speed SSD drive. The capacity what I am looking is 80GB-160GB range.
Could anyone recommend reliable SSD which can handle well vibration and extreme temperatures, let say it must handle well from -20C to +35C. I read some unpromising reviews for OCZ Vertex 2 (second generation) when 1st gen worked for many people, so completely lost here.

    Thanks.

If I remember right, I got it in the middle of sept. so i assume it is a gen 2..

I got it specifically because my install location had killed 2 platter drives and caused read errors on a 3rd...
