  • Help with Black Box case

Hi all. I'm about to install my car pc into my car and i've got a question about the 6-pin connector on the Black Box Mini-ITX case

There are six wires for the connector and I'm thinking red, black and yellow are for power, but what are the green, blue and white wires for? I know I can use them for whatever I want, but is there a specific way I should be connecting these three wires? Anti-thump is the only thing I can think of.

Match the colors to whatever color/power scheme your power supply uses. They are all the same gauge wire, so it doesn't matter how you use them. If you don't need the three left over wires, just leave them alone.

Its a M4-ATX - so theres only three input wires. So i'll probably just hook one up to the anti-thump and be done.

Yep. Took a bit of modding and it goes in pretty tight, but its located by the fan so things should be cool.

You think the M4 is a tight fit? I put an Opus 120W in my Black Box and there's absolutely no wiggle room at all. I can't even fit the fan in there. Total pita but that's one solid p/s.

The blue wire is usually used for the remote output, in case you were wondering.
