  • Where can I buy the adapter cable for a VoomPC (Ampie) case?

The harness that plugs into the exterior of the chassis is a terrible design and some of the wires pulled right out of it. I don't know of a way to get the wires to go back into there since they were crimped in pretty well so I think I may have to buy a new harness. Does anyone know where I can buy one of these? Canadian preferred but I'll shop outside.

If I were you I would change your quick disconnect to this ----------> http://store.mp3car.com/12v_24v_Comp..._p/cbl-081.htm I had the same setup on my old voom case which the pins where bent, and used this instead.

Sold except for one problem. One of the J connectors on the M2-ATX sends a switched signal out to the amplifiers through this harness to turn the amplifiers on. I didn't see this wire in the harness anywhere, is it included?

      My harness has:
      - switched in to M2-ATX
      - power in to M2-ATX
      - ground to M2-ATX
      - switched amp turn on out to amplifiers

I can't imagine they would make such a great product without including this, it's crucial.

that appers to just be a standard 2x4pin molex connection. you should be able to locate a replacement at most electronics suppliers (future electronics, digikey, allied electronics, jaycar)

it looks like either would work.

i would prefer to get the second one-- the extension cable. this way, in case it doesn't perfectly match up, you have both connections, and can make your own setup..
