Asus MB, PII 266, 192 MB Ram, 6.8" LCD, 6 Disk CD-ROM, 21 Gig HD, All-in-Wonder Video w/ TV Tuner, Irman, Windows ME, Winamp, Cobra III -- All in a custom acrylic case.
Are you looking for a PCI or AGP card? Also, I am assuming you are looking for TV out to hook up to an NTSC, in which case the All-in-Wonders are great cards. Try to find an older one, there is no benefit in installing a AIW Raedon in the car. If you have an AGP slot, the GeForce MX-200 chip cards with TV out have really been comming down in price lately...
In my main machine at home, I run a Matrox Millennium PCI. My other main machine is a S3 ViRGE 4MB PCI. The rest are just generic Cirrus Logic PCI cards. The MP3 player has an integrated SIS video chipset that shares 2MB off of the system bus...
Or were you looking for something specific? Everything I have mentioned is compatible with Win95.

At home, I use a spelling-and-grammar-checking brand video card. It helps me communicate coherently in the forums.
For the car, I have the Chips 65550 based video that comes on board the SBC. It does both digital and analog. At $170 for the whole SBC, I'm paying less than many folks do for just a flat-panel controller. It seems to work well under Win95 and Win98.
