  • Anyone recommend a self powered slim combo drive ?

ok.. got a powered usb 2.0 hub up front.. i'm after buying a small self powered combo drive.. anyone recommend one ? I dont want to order one off the net only to find it also needs a 12v supply.. A 5 volt one would be ok, as I've take the 5v rail from my opus to power the hub up front.. so already have 5v's there.

    cheers

Storix makes one. Tigerdirect.com used to sell them for < $100 and they are bus powered and work great. Mine has been going strong for a while now.

Targus makes one. I ordered one but shipped it back since I decided to go slot-load.
