  • Vibration A Problem?

    Hello All,

Well I am in the process of building a computer for my car and my idea was this, in my trunk I have the following:

I was looking to build a plexi-glass window in the middle of the two subs and atttach the computer behind that so it is visible, use LED Fans ETC so it looks good, now after thinking that I also thought about the vibration caused by these two subs pounding and thought it would be problem, I assume it is a problem but PLEASE correct me if I am wrong, also is there any ideas for this as I think it would be a really kewl look

    Thanks everyone!

    Search... :P

Summary, mount the harddrive to a solid piece of metal that won't move, or better yet mount the whole computer to it.

I would recommend getting a laptop hard drive.
AMD XP 2600+/512MB RAM/120GB hard drive
      Opus 150W/DVD/GPS/7" Lilliput TS/802.11g/Bluetooth

      -GPSSecure- - GPS Tracking
      -AltTabber2.2.2- - Handy touchscreen utility.

I was planning on mounting the box behind the playwood holding the subs, if I use a solid metal box I think it would still vibrate, I will be using a laptop hard drive.
