          Cool stuff

Look like they been into it for quite a while now...in that case what sort of CarPC parts that are available over there?

PSU and screen should be much cheaper? how about cases and some other CarPC related parts? are they readily available in korea?

They must be mass producing something like the OPUS but much cheaper/better?

I know ages ago, I bought a Hoontech digital NX sound card direct from Hoontech in Korea when they were the next best thing to the early Soundblaster Live (without the driver issues), and it was only 38 shipped from Korea via Korean business post.

And it worked really well, still have it ready to go into a linux box I plan to build from my old BP6, when I get round to it. It is fully supported by Linux using ALSA drivers.

But you are still better off buying stuff here in the states....when i was over there every piece of electronics was higher. I went to the biggest electronic market in seoul (E-mart in yongsan). This place is a few square blocks of street vendors and established stores....but the only thing i could actually find a good deal on was bootleg movies.
